Fresh Poi

Fresh poi milled in small batches from kalo grown in our loʻi in Hakipuʻu.

Variety, color, texture, and flavor naturally change depending on the kalo being harvested. Current harvest details and field notes are posted on the Farm Stand page.

Refrigerate after pickup. Poi will continue to thicken over time; add water and mix to your preferred consistency.
